REGISTRATION

Rugby Xplorer is the platform used by USA Rugby.

STEP 1

CREATE A FREE RUGBY EXPLORER (RX) ACCOUNT

Go to xplorer.rugby to create a Rugby Xplorer (RX) account and profile. RX can be used to track games, scores, schedules and results.

STEP 2

Select the person you are registering. If that person’s name does not appear, then click “Link a new person” to add another person (your child) to your profile, and complete their profile.

When it asks for "which club would you like to register to"? enter your club's name and a list of clubs will populate. Be sure you select the correct one, which will have “Montana, Youth and HS Council” underneath its name.

Complete the rest of the rest of the registration process and complete the payment.

REFUNDS

REFUND POLICY (In line with USA Rugby)

You ARE eligible for a refund if: The request is within 7 days of the transaction and you have NOT played in any match (scrimmage, friendly, competitive, tournament etc.)
You are NOT eligible for a refund if: You have played in any match, tournament, or organized play or the transaction date is more than 7 days ago
By refunding/cancelling your membership, you understand that: You are NOT eligible to utilize USA Rugby’s Accident Insurance Policy, you are NOT eligible to practice, compete or participate in USA Rugby activities and you are being refunded only the USA Rugby membership fees, NOT any regional fees, nor processing fees. Regional fees will need to be refunded from the region/union/SRO directly.
